The company was undergoing a transformation process seeking to change the focus from offering products to offer services in an integrated manner among its different business units, therefore, they needed to redefine their value proposition.


Designed and implemented a G2M process that would adapt to the organization and allow them to redefine their value proposition and create the necessary internal capabilities. The redefined value proposition allowed them to be ready to offer the new portfolio and run the process as many times as necessary in an autonomous manner.
